These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offers between Fireflies.ai ("Fireflies") and Perplexity AI ("Perplexity") (collectively referred to as "the Companies"). By participating in these offers, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Fireflies.ai Offer (Fireflies users to get Perplexity FREE)
1.1 Eligibility
- Offer is open to new and existing paid Fireflies.ai users.
- Users must have an active paid subscription to any Fireflies.ai plan to qualify for the offer.
1.2 New Fireflies Users
- New subscribers to any Fireflies.ai paid plan will receive a Perplexity Pro coupon code 7 days after subscription activation.
- Coupons will be made accessible on the Perks page of the Fireflies dashboard on day 7.
1.3 Existing Fireflies Paid Customers
- Current Fireflies paid users can access their Perplexity Pro coupon on the Perks page of their Fireflies dashboard.
1.4 Offer Details
- Fireflies Pro Plan & Business Plan Subscribers: Eligible for 1 year of Perplexity Pro at no additional cost.
- Each active team member will receive an individual coupon code.
- Fireflies Enterprise Plan Subscribers: Eligible for 3 months of Perplexity Enterprise Pro at no additional cost.
- Coupon codes will be provided only to Fireflies account administrators.
2. Perplexity Offer (Perplexity users to get Fireflies FREE)
