Step 1: Pre-approve Fireflies in the Zoom Marketplace

  1. Sign in to Zoom Marketplace as the administrator.
  2. Login to https://app.fireflies.ai/

Step 2: Connect Fireflies to Zoom

  1. Log in to Fireflies.ai, then click Integrations in the left panel
  2. Look for Zoom and click Connect.

  1. If you are not already signed into Zoom, you would be prompted to sign in.

  2. Click Authorize to connect Fireflies.ai to Zoom.

  3. Create a Zoom meeting via the linked account and record to Zoom cloud to test your integration. Record yourself speaking in the meeting for about 15 second, and end the meeting Fireflies should be able to pull and transcribe new Zoom cloud recordings from this point on.

Recorded zoom meeting should be transcribed and added to fireflies notebook on

https://app.fireflies.ai/notebook

with the meeting title as well as a recap email sent.

Uninstalling the Fireflies Zoom Integration ****

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
